Michael Janzen

Michael has an undergraduate degree from Tabor College in Psychology and Social Work, a Master’s in Business Administration from Tabor College, and a Master’s in Social Work from Indiana Wesleyan University.

Michael comes from a unique set of experiences that includes coaching, construction work, small business operations, and being a first responder. His background allows him to connect with everyday people who are working through the challenges of life both at work and in the home. He enjoys offering a faith-based perspective, if desired, that is loving and direct in a space that is relational, authentic, challenging, and flexible. Michael believes in utilizing strengths and support systems to navigate life in a meaningful and productive way. The goal is to build relationships rooted in kindness that thrive with healthy communication and action.
