Jennifer Rose is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Addiction Counselor who believes that meaningful therapy begins with feeling seen, heard, and understood. She is passionate about walking alongside individuals and families as they navigate life’s challenges and opportunities for growth.

After wandering her own path during adolescence and early adulthood, Jennifer recognized firsthand the value of genuine support and the profound impact of feeling truly seen by even just one person. That experience helped shape her desire to enter the helping profession, where she has spent more than 20 years walking alongside others.

She provides individual and family therapy to adolescents and adults, with a focus on trauma, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, addiction, life transitions, and relationships. Jennifer believes that you are the expert on your own life. Her role is to walk beside you as you forge your own path, offering support, encouragement, insight, and perspective along the way. She is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Gottman Level 2 Couples Therapy and draws from a variety of therapeutic approaches.

Beyond her clinical work, Jennifer has been actively involved in community efforts focused on social justice, equality, and creating a more inclusive community for everyone. Outside of her work, she enjoys traveling, discovering new places, and experiencing the world around her.
