Ashley Callstrom

Ashley works with adults and couples who feel stuck in patterns they understand but haven’t quite figured out how to change. She especially enjoys working with thoughtful, capable people who are used to carrying a lot—often the helpers, problem-solvers, high performers, and people who have gotten very good at holding things together.

Her approach is curious, relational, practical, and direct. She believes her role is to make room for difficult things without making everything feel heavy. There is space for hard questions, honest conversations, humor, and embracing the awkward. She helps clients look beneath what is happening on the surface, recognize the patterns shaping their response, and consider what it might look like to do something different.

Ashley specializes in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and trauma work, and she brings the same curiosity to relationship work: understanding not only what isn’t working, but what keeps people doing it—even when they know better.

She believes people are often far more capable than they give themselves credit for. Sometimes meaningful change isn’t about trying harder or becoming better at holding everything together. It’s about understanding what has gotten you this far, deciding what still serves you, and making room for something different.
