Yes—both. We'll work with you to figure out what fits best based on your preference and clinician availability.

It depends on the clinician. Reach out and we'll help you check your benefits before you get started.
How long is each session?
Most sessions are about 50 minutes. Your first visit may run a little longer so there's room to get to know each other.
